SHIPPING

We present the following forecast of delivery times (business days):

*Shipping in UAE is free.

The delivery time is an estimation and valid for orders paid until 12:00 (Dubai time), during business days.

Tracking: On the eve of delivery, the DPD carrier will send a message or an email with the estimated day and time for the delivery. If the customer is not available to receive the order on the indicated date, he may respond by rescheduling its delivery (up to 5 days later) or its address – either a different one or a pick up point (Predict DPD Service).

The customer must indicate an address where someone is available to receive the order. In cases of orders returned by an absent/unknown recipient or incorrect address, Wonderloom is not responsible for reshipping. The customer must contact Wonderloom and pay the shipping costs for the order to be dispatched again.

Wonderloom will do everything to ensure that the indicated deadlines are met but is not responsible for any delays in deliveries.

All products ordered will be sent to their destination, however, exceptionally, there may be situations where a product is not available after the order has been placed. In these cases, the Customer will be notified by email or by telephone so that the order is canceled and the respective payment refund is made.

The order may be subject to local import duties and taxes once the order arrives at the country. Wonderloom has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be (all additional taxes, fees and customs charges are not our responsibility). Wonderloom reserves the right not to refund if the customer objects to the payment of these amounts.
